How will we work:
We intent to consolidate the dormant funds of the community into a vehicle whose ride can be shared by many individuals and organisations en route to prosperity and self reliance.
Our success navigates its way through Information, Inspiration, Recognition and Accomplishment.
iEntrepreneur
Entrepreneurs acts as catalytic agents in the process of self reliance and economic empowerment. When this challenge is taken up by sensitive and community caring individuals, the result is cherished by all.
Initially we will be reaching out to individuals and established institutions promoting innovation and entrepreneurship. As we cover more ground we would like to support a selected few with a hope to transform their ideas into reality.
To identify and nurture such talents we are working towards creating a favourable framework for resurgence of entrepreneurial atmosphere in the community. There are many small scale start-ups with no formal support system, no financial expertise, no infrastructure and minimal operating procedures. Many of these initiatives have the potential to scale their operations beyond their own expectations, had there been a robust support infrastructure in place we would have seen the difference. We take it on ourselves to help such initiatives graduate into a profitable professional entity. The present impetus will be on promoting innovation and supporting nascent entrepreneurs in their journey to success.
Host a workshop
Interest Aid has developed a well structured curriculum wherein we expose young minds to innovation and inspiring them to start their own venture.
If you feel you can call a bunch of sharp young minds, we would be more than happy to ensure that our resource persons come down to your place and engage with your group.

There is little dispute that elementary innovations results in wide ranging economic expansion. For communities to be successful in longer run, these innovations have to keep happening. It is vital to increase awareness and invest in fundamental innovations at an early stage.
In the contemporary world the most common sources of employment are SME\’s or the category of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. In India alone this segment caters to about 40% of its workforce with a very substantial GDP contribution. The major advantage is comparatively lower capital cost and less dependency on peripheral services. Yet we see so less inclination towards this sector among the educated and privileged youth on the other hand we see a large section of underprivileged youth trying out new ventures but get tangled in his/her fight for survival.
In most of the cases, the individual or individuals lack entrepreneurial support. No matter how and where the idea orginated, there is always a time that solicit specific skills, funds ane guidance to get it to the place it deserves. It is for this cause we need to have dedicated innovation space within the community. In terms of return on investment, the benefits are huge for community.
Interest Aid has thrust upon itself the task of promoting innovation and entrepreneurship. It will encourage people to become entrepreneurs and will also make it easier for startups to germinate and set pace to their businesses.
Interest Aid seeks to engage volunteers from diverse backgrounds professing sharp inter-personal skills to help in its programs.The working environment is flexible and all team members are encouraged to maintain a health work life balance.
Some assignments do have a basic stipend to cover running expenses of the volunteer. We encourage young minds as it opens up many learning opportunities for them in terms of gaining new skills, exposure and recognition. The volunteering program also helps us to keep abreast with the aspirations of the youth.

Are you an accomplisher who feels you should give back by means of knowledge and wisdom?
We are in need of professionally experienced persons who can help people enhance their knowledge and develop necessary skills to improve their business prospects. There is minimal impetus on mentoring programs for novice entrepreneurs depriving them of critical exposure required at growing years.
